JR Engineering designed new traffic signals at the intersection of Yosemite Street and Fair Avenue in Greenwood Village.

The first building in the Village Center East development was complete and in the process of being occupied.  During the planning of the development, a traffic analysis was completed by others, and the report stated the intersection of Yosemite Street and Fair Avenue should be upgraded to a signalized intersection.

JR provided survey and the design for a modular traffic signal.  Additionally, the project included a review of the pedestrian facilities at the intersection and designation of travel lanes on the east leg of the intersection.
