The Home2 Suites Hotel at Harmony Village in Fort Collins is a boutique Hilton Hotel brandoffering short term and extended stay suites with various amenities. JR Engineering was retained to prepare planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering documents for site and utility improvements, which included a porte cachere, new parking lots, a pervious paver breezeway and low impact stormwater designs (LID), as newly required by the City of Fort Collins. JR Engineering also provided ALTA and Platting Documents, construction staking and construction engineering support, as well as providing post-construction grading, drainage and as-built certifications

JR Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying services for preliminary and final site design. Submittals consisted of site development plans, plats, grading, utility plans, final utilities studies, local roadway plan and profile sheets, and drainage reports. This effort involved coordination with the developer, builder, and the City of Fort Collins.
